1. Porndosage Refund & Exchange Policy

   At Porndosage, we take pride in delivering impeccable haute couture pieces. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.

   1. Refund Policy

   Eligibility for Refunds

   ✅ Full Refund Available Within 14 Days of delivery for unworn, unaltered items with original tags and packaging.
   ✅ Made-to-Order & Custom Dresses are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
   ✅ Final Sale Items (marked "Sale" or "Sample") are non-refundable.

   How to Request a Refund

   1. Email service@porndosage.com within 14 days of delivery with:

      • Order number

      • Photos of the item (if claiming damage/defect)

      • Reason for return

   2. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label (if applicable).

   3. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

   ⚠️ Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

   2. Exchange Policy

   Eligibility for Exchanges

   ✅ Exchanges are available within 14 days for:

   • Incorrect size (subject to stock availability)

   • Defective or damaged items

   • Different color/style (if the new item is of equal or higher value)

   ❌ No Exchanges for:

   • Made-to-order/custom pieces (unless defective)

   • Final sale items

   How to Request an Exchange

   1. Email service@porndosage.com with:

      • Order number

      • Preferred exchange item (with product code if possible)

      • Photos (if applicable for damage/defect claims)

   2. We’ll confirm availability and provide return instructions.

   3. Once received, your new item will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

   ⚠️ Note: Customers cover return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

   3. Damaged or Defective Items

   If your item arrives damaged or defective:

   1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@porndosage.com with:

      • Order number

      • Clear photos/videos of the issue

      • Packaging condition

   2. We’ll arrange a free return & replacement (or refund if preferred).

   4. Important Notes

   • All returns must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached).

   • Made-to-measure orders cannot be returned/exchanged unless faulty.

   • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (crypto refunds in USD at current rate).

   • International customers are responsible for any customs fees on returns.
